An international tournament bringing together leading clubs from Japan, Thailand, and Myanmar.

Tournament Guidelines & Regulations *English
Ⅰ. Competition Rules
This tournament will be conducted in accordance with the 2026 Japan Football Association (JFA) Laws of the Game.
Ⅱ. Match Duration
- U10 & U12
- Preliminary Round: 20 minutes (Single period)
- Placement Tournament: 40 minutes (20-minute halves)
- U15
- League Match: 40 minutes (Single period)
Ⅲ. Equipment
- All players must wear shinguards (shin guards).
Ⅳ. Match Balls
- U10 and U12 categories will use Size 4 balls.
- U15 category will use Size 5 balls.
- Match balls will be provided by the tournament headquarters.
Ⅴ. Player Substitution
- The number of substitutions is unlimited.
- Re-entry of players who have been substituted is permitted.
Ⅵ. Other Rules

- The offside rule will not be applied.
- U15
- The offside rule will be applied.
Ⅶ. Tournament Format & Regulations
🏆 U15 Category
A round-robin league match will be held among 6 teams.
【Tournament Schedule】
- Day 1 (League)
- Total tournament matches: 9 matches
- Matches per team: 3 matches
- Day 2 (League)
- League matches will continue to determine the final standings.
- Total tournament matches: 6 matches
- Matches per team: 2 matches
【League Ranking Determination Methods】
League rankings will be determined by applying the following criteria in order of priority:
- Points (Win: 3 points / Draw: 1 point / Loss: 0 points)
- Goal Difference
- Total Goals Scored
- Head-to-head record between the teams concerned
- Lottery (Draw)
🏆 U10 & U12 Categories
【Day 1: Preliminary Round】
- A two-group system will be used, with a league match held for each group of 6 teams (Blocks A and B).
- Match Format: 20-minute single period (No half-time)
- Number of Matches: 5 matches per team (Includes intra-block matches and inter-block friendly/cross-over matches)
【Conditions for Advancement to Day 2 (Placement Tournament Brackets)】
The brackets for the Day 2 Placement Tournament will be determined based on the ranking results of the preliminary round:
- Championship Tournament (1st & 2nd place of each block)
- Semifinal 1: Block A 1st vs Block B 2nd
- Semifinal 2: Block A 2nd vs Block B 1st
- Middle-Tier Tournament (3rd & 4th place of each block)
- Semifinal 1: Block A 3rd vs Block B 4th
- Semifinal 2: Block A 4th vs Block B 3rd
- Lower-Tier Tournament (5th & 6th place of each block)
- Semifinal 1: Block A 5th vs Block B 6th
- Semifinal 2: Block A 6th vs Block B 5th
【Day 2: Placement Tournament】
- Each placement tournament (Championship, Middle, and Lower) will be conducted to determine the final standings (1st to 12th place).
- In each placement tournament, the semifinals will be held first, followed by the final ranking matches.
- Match Format: 40 minutes (20-minute halves)
- Number of Matches: 2 matches per team
【League Ranking Determination Methods】
League rankings will be determined by applying the following criteria in order of priority:
- Points (Win: 3 points / Draw: 1 point / Loss: 0 points)

【Placement Tournament Competition Regulations】
- If a match ends in a draw, a penalty shootout (PK) will be held immediately (3-player system / sudden death from the 4th player onwards).
- For the final matches only, a 10-minute extra time period (5 mins + 5 mins) will be played if the score is tied at the end of regular time.
- If the match remains tied after extra time, the winner will be decided by a penalty shootout (PK).
Ⅷ. Awards & Others
- Winning Team (Champions): Awarded a Championship Trophy
- Runners-up & 3rd Place Teams: Awarded a Trophy
- U10 & U12 Middle-Tier Winners (5th Place Overall) & Lower-Tier Winners (9th Place Overall): Awarded a Trophy
- No opening or closing ceremonies will be held for all participating teams. Teams will dismiss on-site once their tournament schedule is completed.

【リーグ戦順位決定方法】
リーグ戦の順位は、以下の基準を上位から順に適用して決定する。
- 勝ち点（勝ち：3点／引き分け：1点／負け：0点）
- 得失点差
- 総得点
- 当該チーム間の対戦成績
- 抽選

【大会1日目：予選リーグ】
- 2グループ制とし、各グループ6チーム（A・Bブロック）によるリーグ戦を行う。
- 試合形式： 20分1本（ハーフタイムなし）
- 試合数： 各チーム 5試合（ブロック内対戦および別ブロックとの交流戦など）
【2日目への進出条件（順位トーナメント振り分け）】
予選ブロックの順位に応じて、2日目の「順位トーナメント」の組み合わせが決定します。
- 上位トーナメント（各ブロックの 1位・2位）
- 準決勝第1試合：Aブロック1位 vs Bブロック2位
- 準決勝第2試合：Aブロック2位 vs Bブロック1位
- 中位トーナメント（各ブロックの 3位・4位）
- 準決勝第1試合：Aブロック3位 vs Bブロック4位
- 準決勝第2試合：Aブロック4位 vs Bブロック3位
- 下位トーナメント（各ブロックの 5位・6位）
- 準決勝第1試合：Aブロック5位 vs Bブロック6位
- 準決勝第2試合：Aブロック6位 vs Bブロック5位
【大会2日目：順位トーナメント】
- 各順位トーナメント（上位・中位・下位）を実施し、最終順位（1位〜12位）を決定する。
- 各順位トーナメントにおいて、まずは準決勝を実施。その後、最終順位決定戦を実施します。
- 試合形式： 40分（20分ハーフ）
- 試合数： 各チーム 2試合
【リーグ戦順位決定方法】
リーグ戦の順位は、以下の基準を上位から順に適用して決定する。
- 勝ち点（勝ち：3点／引き分け：1点／負け：0点）
- 得失点差
- 総得点
- 当該チーム間の対戦成績
- 抽選
【順位トーナメント競技規定】
- 試合が引き分けの場合は、即PK戦を行う。（3人制／4人目以降はサドンデス方式）
- 決勝戦のみ、規定時間終了後に10分間の延長戦（5分＋5分）を行う。
- 延長戦でも決着がつかない場合は、PK戦により勝敗を決定する。
Ⅷ. 表彰・その他
- 優勝チーム：優勝トロフィーを授与
- 準優勝・第3位チーム：トロフィーを授与
- U10・U12 中位トーナメント優勝（5位）、下位トーナメント優勝（9位）：トロフィーを授与
- 全参加チームによる開会式・閉会式は実施しない。大会スケジュール終了後、現地解散とする。
